COMMENT:
The bullyng or bullying is a reflection and result of the behavior and interaction of a given society in a much smaller scale, such as school. Therefore, it is essential the adoption by governments of a number of measures in various fields covering all facets of the problem, ranging from the development of diagnostics in public and private schools to size and characterize the phenomenon, its causes and consequences; legislate bullying obligations for farms and public resources to schools and administrative authorities to prevent and punish such conduct, promote children's and youth leadership as a fundamental right to fly the tolerance and respect for diversity, design school campaigns on to SAY NO to bullying, according to context and needs each school and involve the whole school community (administrators, teachers, students and parents).
The first statement on the bullyng in the U.S. is an example of what this type of discriminatory behavior can be derived. Government and society must find ways to design preventive strategies and remedies of this type of behavior from ages , very early, by involving and co-responsible to the students themselves to engage them. For now, it's a good start teaching this news story to our children-as, to raise awareness of this phenomenon.
