YOUNG
IAP is an experience of training / construction in the area of \u200b\u200bresearch, social action and participation with young leaders from organizations and groups in the town of Engativá in which seeks to strengthen skills that contribute to its recognition as subjects of rights and encourage their impact on the social construction of public policies for the collective welfare and social transformation.

What is IAP?
"It is a methodology within an experiential process" (Fals Borda, 1985). Participatory Action Research is a process that simultaneously invites scientific research, political action and considered the critical analysis, diagnosis and practice situations as sources of knowledge.

ACTION RESEARCH WORKSHOPS
practical construction spaces oriented identifying, analyzing and developing solutions to local problems through the implementation of the IAP methodology. LOCAL MEETINGS


Scenarios socialization and exercise research, where IAP youth group convenes the community of the City of Engativá to recognize needs, analyze the context and propose alternatives for change, which is expressed in the Youth Action Agenda of the town.
